I wonder at the precision of our words and that we are so caught up in some deliberate focus upon the evils of the world that our own earnest desire for immediate justice prevents us from describing it properly. That in our rush to attack it, we have somehow broken the object into a million invincible shards.

Even now, in attempting to attack the problem - in my own mind - my quarry has evaporated, my argument has failed; I have been thwarted by my inability to conquer my own tongue.
