Re: Spinach
I love the stuff but it’s a bitch to grow. It’s slow, slugs love it and it goes to seed as soon as the weather heats up. In the garden I grow Swiss Chard. It’s very attractive and will produce all summer long. You can even start it in the fall and over winter it with a little protection. Works great for cooking or salads.

For indoors I grow Malabar Spinach. It’s a very attractive and delicious house plant. Great for winter salads.
