I’ve had no luck finding pork pies, but I have had success making them from a recipe in Tamsin Day-Lewis’s Tarts without Tops. Crust was pretty spot on, key is melted lard, but the meat interior wasnt quite it. Longing is almost satisfied, but they are up there in “pain in the ass” cooking.
