If this is indeed a remark from the White House, this is indeed their legal position, then Congress needs to act and it needs to act now. No waiting for the courts to handle it, because the White House has just said the courts have no power over anything the President does.

I strongly suspect the Trump junta will even ignore a SCOTUS ruling that goes against them.
