For all George W. Bush’s failings as President, I can say this as someone who had what his defenders would call “BDS” his first term but the man was never Sarah Palin.

Suppose he had been a running mate in 2008…
He would have done whatever he was told. He isn’t rotten to the core (like Caribou Barbie), but he would have justified just about anything.
