“President” Obama has been Johnny on the spot as far as using his executive power to enact the draconian policies he wants to put into place. But now he is all of a sudden powerless to stop a lawsiut from the ACLU that presents a clear and present danger to America and it’s fight against the forces of darkness.
He could claim that the action by the ACLU endangers American security for starters. And his fucking Justice Department could probably tie it up in court with challenges for the next 100 years.
He chooses to do neither because he sees republicans/conservatives as a greater threat than our real enemies.
This sure isn’t Change that I can believe in.
