Looking out my kitchen window, eight dear grazing about 25 feet away… larger herd than last year… last year there were only seven. My dog is behind the porch fence, barking at them, they know the dog can’t get out… they are smiling at him.

Venison,, it’s the other white meat!!

Don’t know if you saw, but I posted the other day the (small) family of deer that had taken up residence in the far corner of my property for over the last year seemingly have moved on
