I made the rounds of my local fishmarkets today. I’ve always been kind of intimidated (same with the butcher’s counter) about asking stupid questions. What’s really interesting is how helpful they are, They want customers because people are mostly buying stuff from the megamarts and people don’t even know how to deal with fish anymore. Even other customers were very helpful.
