And it’s always an empty threat. No lawyer would take cases like these, because 1) they know they would lose, and 2) they could be sanctioned for unethical conduct and frivolous lawsuits.

I’m sure that he probably will contact his lawyer if he hasn’t already. And his lawyer will probably tell him to shut up already that this isn’t going anywhere.

But there’s always someone with questionable ethics and skills who would take him up on this, even though there’s little chance of success (Orly Taitz comes to mind).
