Also a high social status for women, despite much moaning from a certain sort of so-con that women’s status is damaged by social acceptance of homosexuality.

Also, they had a high marriage age, which was quite healthy, and wife-swapping.

Most of the rest of their society was horrible, but I do give the Spartans credit for the good bits.
