Indictments:

Cohen felony case. He’s the unindicted coconspirator in the felonies that include conspiracy, wire fraud, mail fraud, election financing, and money laundering. All that needs to happen is Trump leaves WH, and he’s no longer immune under that asinine Nixon-era DOJ policy document.

Mueller: obstruction of justice. Multiple instances re: 2016-2017 period. Trump leaves WH, and he’s no longer immune under that asinine Nixon-era DOJ policy document.

Ukraine: obstruction, extortion, conspiracy. These would have to be investigated before you even get to the indictment.

On the Cohen felonies alone, he would be facing multiple years in prison. Same with the obstruction, extortion, and conspiracy re: Ukraine.

That doesn’t even touch the tax fraud, wire fraud, and mail fraud that NYS could bring.
