I read that earlier today. It’s certainly plausible, but I don’t think anyone knows for sure but President O.

I’m half inclined to think it’s a simple matter of the President being thoughtless and condescending and having apparently never learned to cover it up with formal manners.

I tend to agree, he may not know some of the protocols, but he should have someone on his staff to explain the rules. Then again, Brown gave him the books that may have covered the incident where his grandfather was imprisoned. Some one on his staff should have read Obama’s book too.
