A good way to try a bunch of stuff is to split their “sampler” platter appetizer with somebody.

A few years ago a bunch of us went to Zeico’s after work..I ordered the sampler plate..I had one bite out of all 6 dishes..I would die of starvation if I lived down south..LOL
