No they don’t, but they do indicate a possibility that his legend was based on previous legends making them (the similar stories, such as virgin birth) poor indicators of existence.

There can be no expectation the similarities will be exact, since humans have a tendency to change stories to meet a specific purpose.

The similarities have been cherrypicked and exaggerated by various XIXth century writers, and now travel from book to book.

Sure, they may have given root to some Jesus legend or other, but they’re not a factor in deciding historicity.
