No change in Roe V Wade, but expect a lot of attempts to legislate from the bench, new ‘rights’ found in the Constitution, that aren’t there.

OK… but, for example… what exactly do you expect to be “found”? Can you give me examples? Euthanasia? Gay Marriage? How would we expecgt Sotomayor to rule on such cases that would be different than, say, Souter would have done?

/I’m just not feeling any emotions over this SC nomination.
