Foot trodding incident?

Supposedly a Conway supporter stepped on the foot of a Rand Supporter who was wearing a boot on an injured foot. However the person declined to be treated and we only have their word for it that it was intentional.

Apparently this is the equivalent of being kicked to the curb and having someone step on your neck.
