Let’s see. Rubio wont attend meetings so he doesn’t know what’s going on, let alone vote on them. Cruz isn’t around for votes either, but seems willing to divulge classified intel on national tv in debate, just to win a point. Yeah, that’s where the GOP is at the moment.
