I go to small(ish) markets (butchers, fish, veggies, bakers) whenever possible
Always have, no matter where i’ve lived

I’m just getting comfortable with the fish markets. Someone was nice enough to get me an Amazon gift card which I used to buy Charcuterie. I’ve already googled my local butchers and I’m looking forward to pestering them with my stupid noob questions.
