ICE & Jimmah -

I know I talked about this before, but my daughter is taking a trip this summer to the UK, and they will visit Scotland. She has decided to take an extra excursion where they will learn dancing, and will be able to try HAGGIS.

I am very much looking forward to her haggis report. Actually, it sounds like it is somewhat similar to Louisiana boudin sausage.

Haggis is one of these things that can be awesomely tasty, or why-in-hell-would-anyone-want-this-in-their-mouth awful, depending on where you get it.

I know The World’s End pub on Edinburgh’s Royal Mile does great haggis and mash; if she’s buying one in the supermarket to cook at home I’d recommend “MacSweens” as a reliably good brand.
