I still think he’s a possible recipient of the Guccifer info.
In August 2016, Feingold was ahead by 11 points with likely voters and 6 points with registered voters (Clinton led Trump by 15 and 10 respectively). By September, both Feingold’s and Clinton’s registered voter lead dropped to 5.
