Just an observation on ‘Overseas Contingency Operation.’
The word ‘contingency’ is similar to the words ‘eventuality’, ‘possibility’ and ‘alternative’.
WTF is the alternative to the use of weapons against eventual certain enemies of all values of the western hemisphere. They possibly absolutely need to be countered.

*sigh* How many times to we have to go over this? Obama’s going to talk to them and everything will be swell.
