re: #41 klys (maker of Silmarils)

Today’s frozen lunch is “chicken pad thai” which probably has about as much in common with real pad thai as you might expect, but is reasonably tasty after I pre-emptively added curry powder, ginger, garlic, salt, and paprika. (No idea how much of any of those are supposed to go in real pad thai, but the goal here is reasonably tasty, not accuracy.)

I declare it a success.

Garlic is NEVER a problem with pad thai.
