Such a “parody marriage” declaration, which they also declare is entirely secular in nature (yeah right), means the state would not have to recognise any of the rights and privileges afforded to a “marriage” (the state between one man and one woman).

Y’know, once the SCOTUS has ruled on something, that’s pretty much the end of debate, until and unless the Constitution is amended or a new law is passed by Congress. Why these nutjobs continue to waste time and effort on meaningless attempts to subvert the rule of law is beyond me.
