That’s actually pretty depressing.

Given how he dismissed their motion with prejudice (or am I talking about the wrong person?), I actually find it invigorating and encouraging, they stacked the courts with the biggest Republican followers they could find… and these people are still ruling in favor of the law instead of putting party over country.

Like I’m sure they’re gonna go be horrible in a million other small and not so small ways… but they’re not on board the coup train to Banana Republicville…
