A belated good afternoon to the Lizard World from the Great White North of western New York. Got about an inch of snow overnight and things are suddenly pretty (and slippery).

Shopping is all done and supplies laid in for a weekend of cooking and consumption of food and drink. During a preparation lull I sit here tending a fire in the woodstove and running a load of laundry.
