I’m sure he mean 5-star as in recognizable names, but talking about military and using 5-star has actual meaning. As in, there are no 5-star ranking officers currently alive.

Aren’t Washington, Grant, and Eisenhower technically the only five star generals we’ve ever had? I’m not as knowledgible about military history as some of y’all are but I’m pretty sure we make five star generals very rare for special types of leaders like GW, US Grant, and Ike.
