How in hell are we supposed to fight such evil? It isn’t like nazis, who had a country and infrastructure to attack. This evil is being spooned out of a book and twisted to fit an evil, evil agenda.

You fight them by doing all you can to discredit the philosophy that underpins the murderous activities that they are recruited to perpetuate.
