if an illegal is robbed or physically attacked, they would have standing.
This is a trumped up “Civil Rights” action.
The judge should have simply ruled favorably on the defense motion to dismiss.

In my untrained legal opinion this case confuses civil rights and human rights.
The illegals, at the very most, might and I emphasize the word might have a human rights claim but under no circumstances a civil rights claim. Civil rights accrue to US citizens, not to illegal trespassers.

And if they want to push human rights then go ahead and push it in an international court…..lotsa luck getting the American citizen to respond.

I think this si more of the intentional erosion and blurring of what it means to be a US citizen. Liberals woudl like to confer those rights on everyone in the world, including Islamic terrorists……
