Yes, now that I think about it was SA because they were discussing DNA. The Prosecutor said if they had a DNA match they proceed regardless. They didn’t want the criminal on the streets.

Concrete evidence like DNA is what makes the difference. DV and many SA cases are difficult to present in court in a way that “removes doubt”.
