Which, as has already been noted, points to a level of sophistication outside of the usual “mentally ill lone wolf.” Then again, James Holmes came up with a fairly sophisticated manner for his shooting, and the Columbine boys went so far as to build some explosive devices, even if they turned out to mostly be duds.
