So far, Denmark and Norway have not reported any deaths, Sweden just reported its first death, and Germany has but few deaths due to SARS-Cov-2.

Why?

Good question. Part of the reason probably is that there is enough spare capacity to treat the infected, and that people in those countries can get the help they need regardless of any social status.

So they already have resources on hand to be able to treat and manage a large group. How about that?
