Okay, this is where my experience as a paralegal/law clerk comes in. We have never considered anything about “masculinity” or “femininity” when looking for clerks. We want qualified and hard-working people. We’ve gotten that from people native born to the US, immigrants, we’ve gotten it from men and women but never did their looks even consider why someone should be hired.
