re: #460 Chicago Blonde

Yeah, me too. It’s one of my prized posessions. I haven’t watched it in a year, maybe I’ll start it again today. That’s a good one to watch with any of the five commentary tracks. So much work went into it, and just about everyone who worked on the movie, in any capacity, was a huge fan of the books. I did find it quite funny how the main star (how easily I forget the names of moonbats), who played Frodo, had idiotic things to say about Bush and the WoT on the commentary track he was featured on. It’s like he didn’t even watch the movie, or read the books. No concept of evil, of proportionality. In real life, the guy who played Frodo is actually more like Grima Wormtongue, calling those who would fight against a rising tide of pure evil, “Warmongers!” I could only shake my head in dismay. No film or book in recent memory captures what we face with Islam than does LoTR.
