What an utter crock of shit. Any time you discharge a weapon into the ground there is always the chance of a ricochet.

It’s a good thing the post office doesn’t have the same union standards as the police department or they would be out shooting dogs on a daily basis. If my chubby mail carrying postal worker can make it through the day without shooting a dog I don’t know why a brave police officer can’t.
