Much of the “real” heat if from the progressive wing of the Dems that want a single payer system or at least a public option. None of these nuts screaming about Death Panels will even vote Dem anyways so the Blue dogs don’t give a shit about them.

On top of that Blue Dogs have a characteristic: the more you get in their face the more likely they are to do the opposite of what you want just to spite you. Screaming at the Blue dogs is bad, bad, bad tactics.
