California has a motor/voter law to encourage (not require-it’s opt-out, though) people to register to vote.
California issues drivers’ licenses to the undocumented. It does not encourage them to register to vote, although just like anywhere else, they could theoretically register. It would be illegal for them to do so.

Gotcha. So they’re taking all that and twisting it into, ZOMG ILLEGALZ ARE GETTING TEH VOTE IN LIBRUL CALIFORNIA!!!!!
