I don’t want to sound too anti-Texas either. I’m sure its a lovely spot. But I just disagree with some of the basic philosophies, like the castle doctrine and its use of the death penalty. But Texans seem for the most part happy with the way it is, so who am I to argue about how they should run their(your) state?

Most people can live with it, considering they don’t want to have to go to jail because they were protecting themselves INSIDE their own homes.
