Doesn’t there have to be a higher level of damage when you say something about a company? Like intent to harm? (Not a lawyer.) Seems this might just keep everything in the news longer.

It’s a stupid grade school thing and a news organization that expects to be taken seriously has no excuse. None.

Right, KTVU used to be a respectable local, independent news organization-even in its earlier years as a Fox affiliate. Less so now. Of course all TV news seems to be going down that road.

I think it does more to damage KTVU’s image than Asiana’s.
