Hmph. He’s always struck me as not very bright, and completely overestimating his own intelligence and judgement. He MIGHT be smarter than most other people around, but he’s NOT smarter than the collective governments out there. (And he relied entirely on his own judgement on the “safety” of the material he released—-apparently thinking that if he can’t see anything harmful in it, nobody else could).
