Grab your Google Cardboard! Red River Rivalry game to be broadcast in virtual reality

This Saturday’s match up between the Texas Longhorns and Oklahoma Sooners will be the second game this season broadcast through LiveLike/Fox Sports’ virtual reality live stream, according to The Austin American Statesman.

All you need is a Samsung Gear VR ($99) or a Google Cardboard ($15) device to watch and to download the LiveLike app from the Google Play or Apple store.

Once you’ve downloaded the app, sign in with your TV provider credentials and you’re ready to go.

Along those lines, as a software developer, I would love to work in a 3D programming environment, which would allow me to have pages hanging in virtual 3D space.
