Yeah, I like that site. I hope its not too optimistic. Even if it is, it gives a sense qualitatively between different areas.

If we were testing more, we’d get a better sense of what is going on. Test per capita or per confirmed based would be informative especially if one could also know admission rates. As systems are overwhelmed, milder cases (from reports) are told to go home. Are they counted? It may be better to test health care providers if testing is limited.
