That is the problem with living in a city. I have all my lights out right now maybe that might give them an idea. Probably not.

When I lived in the barracks at NAS Oceana, I had a problem with the guys next door. They lurved playing music when I was trying to sleep. I put one of my stereo speakers up against the wall and started playing Bach one day, and they got the message.
