First off you are focusing on the double standard of the media, Yay.
Second: the statement that they were never investigated might be over the top unless you pad it with “that we can discover” or similar disclaimer. We don’t know beyond statements that are canned automated responses that some of them were not investigated. (maybe not by the SS, but who knows? hard to disprove a negative.)
