The video clearly shows a reaction that could have been due to spitting. If you want to be magnanimous you could say it was accidental, since serial yellers do develop a lot of spittle in their mouths; I’m told.

That this incident overrides the obvious fact that many people in the US cannot accept the fact that the voting system sometimes means that opponents lose, is sad.
