Defamation? If it’s factual information, it’s not defamation. Instead, it might be a violation of privacy, and in the case of medical information, it might be a violation of HIPAA.

It’s a violation of HIPPA if any of the information came from medical sources, medical records or any database that has medical data in it and the database is covered by HIPPA regulations.
