Resolution Passed To Fine Absent Wis Senators

If Wisconsin Senators are anywhere as poorly payed as the Senators in my state, that could get prohibitively expensive really fast.

In my state we take pride in the fact that our state legislature is completely unpaid (which leaves them open for bribes.)
