Nooo…obviously not…you don’t “sacrifice” the captain. You negotiate for the captain’s return (but there’s no paying of ransom monies.)

that make no sense…why would they give the guy up without the money?…why is it about the money?…his life is at stake and it’s no time to try to be tricky
