Ayep, this isn’t some hypothetical where we could intercept bombers or missiles aimed at D.C. There’s enough ordinance aimed at Seoul that the most we could hope for would be to limit the damage to thousands of casualties rather than millions.

Moreover, if South Korea thought an attack was imminent and ordered the evacuation of its capital, North Korea would likely attack it immediately.
