I do see the innocent impulse, but they’re spreading lies about Jews with it. Including that we are somehow materialistic, and that most Jews aren’t really faithful.

Plus, people used to use the same excuse (we’re just trying to save you!) to put us to death, so it’s a touchy subject, to say the least.

I find most “missions” to anyone of another religion offensive, but, where in that article did anyone call Jews “materialistic?”

What other lies were being spread according to that article, or are you referring to something else in general?
