To me, this is a weird case. There are far more obvious cases of police excess all over the place, but people focused on this one. I have no idea why.
Yes, of course. A handgun and a taser look and feel exactly the same.
If this nut is mistaking a loaded handgun for a taser, he should never have been anywhere near a handgun.
Hell, a pea-shooter would have been too much for him.
